This is the best travel guide I have ever read. Sandy Gregory begins by telling her inspiring story and blends it into practical advice about every aspect of travel. It will allay all your worries if you have any and give you the motivation to get out and go. Whether you travel with her or on your own, you will have her book to carry with you and reassure you all will be wonderful. Five Stars!

Twelve-plus years ago, we at the International Guide Academy had the pleasure of Sandy Gregory earning her certification as an International Tour Manager in one of our intensive training programs. We could see at that time that she could be very successful in the Travel and Tourism Industry. Since then, we have proudly watched as she founded her travel company Che Bella Tours, and earned the respect of industry professionals throughout the world. This book is an entertaining, thoughtful and useful guide to travel well done. Our congratulations to Sandy on her major accomplishments.

This book brings Italy to life for me. The author’s enthusiasm for travel, combined with her love of all things Italian is contagious. She shares her wisdom and experience by providing information on the basics, along with her unique insights and interesting anecdotes, favorite itineraries and recipes. Whether your lucky enough to book a trip with Sandy or purchasing this book as a guide, this book will enhance your trip. Can’t wait to try some of the recipes!!

Quite simply, the best guide to traveling in Italy that I could imagine. Travel tips (the most comprehensive ever!), food, art, wine, architecture, shopping ... depth, breadth, accessibility, organization, humor...what else could anyone possibly need?
- K. Kreamer
I thoroughly enjoyed The Art of Traveling Italy! While our family has traveled with Sandy several times and we know her ways, she still managed to include tips and other information to make our next trips better, whether we follow her other Italian itineraries or some of the custom trips she organizes for us. The book is written from her heart. Sandy's stories "happen" as she describes them - things are not always prescribed and those magical moments become the memories we all keep with us forever. Love the food section! We'll be trying her family recipes - our travel group is always willing to taste-test our attempts at the local fare. If you are getting ready to travel to Italy, read the book and jump in! The world will open up to you and for you, if you follow your heart and Sandy's tips and advice! Andiamo!
