This morning we will enjoy our private Dubrovnik city tour. A magnificent city with its incredible fortified Old Town, Dubrovnik is a UNESCO World Heritage site, and undoubtedly Croatia’s most popular destination. The curtain of towering walls surrounds marble streets and baroque buildings exuding a pearly light in the Adriatic sun. The main pedestrian street, Stradun, is a wonderful mélange of cafés and shops bookended by a cluster of important monuments at either end.
You’ll have the rest of the day on your own to enjoy Dubrovnik. Think about:
• Stroll up from Ploče gate past cliff-hugging villas and gardens, lemon and fig trees, to the pebbled beach, Sv. Jakov (St. Jacob).
• Go beyond the walls to enjoy the stunning surroundings. A ferry or kayak to Lokrum Island. Peacocks strut about as you wind your way along trails to the romantic ruins of the Benedictine monastery, olive groves, and your ideal swim spot.
• Also reachable by a ferry along the coast, Cavtat has the laid-back feel of a Mediterranean seaside village. Palm trees, cafes, and crowd-free restaurants line the bay.
• Tour and lunch at Trsteno Arboretum. Inside this historic garden (dating back to 1492!), you will reach the traditional family residence of your host Katija. Katija grows an organic garden by her house, which is where you will pick vegetables and herbs for your lunch along with the local catch of the day. It's a seasonal selection, so your menu will very much depend on the time of the year you are visiting. But everything is fresh and homegrown!

No visit to Dalmatian coast is complete without some quality time on the Adriatic sea and what’s a better way to do this than by taking a private motor yacht to experience the hidden caves, beaches and coves of Dalmatia's most beautiful, and pristine islands.
Please be advised that boat trips are subject to weather and sea conditions. The decision to cancel boat trip due to adverse weather lies solely with the Captain of the vessel. if this does occur, we will make other arrangements for your transfer.
Upon arrival to Korcula we will meet our local guide for a private guided walking tour of the Old Town. Its 1000 years of history surrounded by fortification walls and towers, takes us back to the time of the Venetian Republic. Although a very compact town, the steep cobblestone alleys that span off the main pedestrian street in a fish bone pattern keep you enthralled at each turn.
Afterward lunch, we will continue toward Hvar island. The sunny days, surrounding crystal blue waters, ancient villages, lavender fields, olive plantations and vineyards, enchanting stone streets and old Venetian palaces are some of the reasons why everybody today is talking about Hvar.

DAY 5: HVAR PRIVATE WINE TOUR |
Today, we experience the secrets that lie beyond the sun, sea and famous nightlife. We have crafted a uniquely designed cultural and historical tour about the people and places that make Hvar so outstanding.
In the morning hours we will be met by our local guide for a private cultural tour of Hvar island, including the 550-year-old Franciscan Monastery and the Benedictine Convent, where the nuns create fine lace from the agave plant, one of four UNESCO heritages of Hvar. We will enjoy grand and iconic views from the Spanjolška Fortress, for one of the most famous views in Croatia
The tour continues to Stari Grad, the oldest town in Croatia. The beautifully preserved and historical centerpiece of Starigrad is the Tvrdalj fortress, built over a lifetime by the famous Renaissance poet, Petar Hektarović.
Our day continues to the heartland of Hvar – its vineyard and wineries.
The UNESCO theme continues as we travel to the Stari Grad Plain, an 80-hectare agricultural colony founded by the Ancient Greeks, the agricultural life and production maintained since before the birth of Christ - a fascinating example of living heritage. Hvar’s wine tradition has been documented as early as Greek times with an agricultural colony known today as the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Stari Grad Plain, which has continued uninterruptedly since their arrival 2500 years ago! By now, winemaking has almost been perfected on the island; hence it is almost unthinkable to leave Hvar without a face-to-face encounter with some vintners and their fine product.
The island's winemakers are undergoing something of a renaissance, and nowhere more so than in the town of Jelsa, where two of Croatia's outstanding winemakers will welcome you with their contrasting styles. After a busy afternoon of wine appreciation, enjoy a traditional dinner in a local tavern before returning to your hotel.

Following breakfast and check out, we meet our skipper for a private speedboat transfer to Split. Enroute, we will make stops to explore the caves and coves of Vis and Biševo islands. These islands are famous for their inlets and caves, the most famous being ModraŠpilja (the Blue Cave), which is accessible only by boat. On a sunny day, sunlight beams through an underwater passage, and the effect of the sea bottom reflecting and illuminating the cave with a glowing azure colour is incredible!
Split, like an ancient coin, is a seductive relic - the polished bits shimmering in the Dalmatian sun. It is a buzzing, Mediterranean city thriving within the remains of the 1700-year-old palace of the Roman emperor, Diocletian. We'll begin our time in Split with a private guided walking tour of Split Old Town. Diocletian’s Palace is one of the best-preserved examples of a Roman imperial residence in the world was originally the summer palace of Emperor Diocletian. Today, it is the ancient heart and foundation of present-day Split.

Day 10. To Plitvice National Park. The Plitvice lakes, known as the "Falling lakes", have enjoyed the status of a national park since 1949 and since 1979 and are an UNESCO Heritage Site. Ljubljana is one of those central European cities that grabs you with the eternal charm of its classic architecture with its beautiful bridges, riverside cafes, friendly locals, great food and fabulous wines! It is a fairytale city of colourful Art Nouveau and Baroque buildings, cobbled streets, tiered fountains, a hilltop castle and a lazy, willow shaded river running through its centre. The famous Zmajski Most (Dragon Bridge), festooned with fantastical winged dragons, is your ideal intro to Ljubljana’s enchanting charm. Three landmark bridges traverse the river and are an ideal way to criss-cross your way through the city highlights.
