Our Yoga and Wellness Tours are a combination of a cultural journey with morning and afternoon yoga practices, spa treatments, delicious cuisine, lots of fun and plenty of relaxation. Yoga classes are designed for all levels, with variations presented throughout the classes. Non-yogi travel companions are always welcome to join any or all of the classes.
Yoga mats and water bottles will be included in your tour price.
Fire. Our third Chakra, Manipura, is our energetic fire center. Manipura Chakra is linked to our sense of transforming ideas into actions, as well as our perseverance and willpower. When we are balanced with our Manipura Chakra, we feel confident, physically and mentally powerful, and can discern wrong from right. When unbalanced, we might experience insecurity, feel weak, and develop a lack of self-belief. During our morning practices, we will harness the energy of the sun and stoke our inner fire as we will focus on aa yoga flow that will help balance our Manipura Chakra, including activating our core center, deep twists, and playful postures for all levels.
Water. Our second Chakra, Svadhishthana, is connected to our sacral center. Svadhisthana is associated with the water element which connects to physical/mental flexibility, flow, freedom of expression, sensuality, and emotions. When aligned, we experience connection, positive energy, desire, and pleasure. As we look out onto the blue Agean Sea, our evening practices will follow a relaxing breath-to-movement flow, deep hip openers, restorative postures and guided meditations.

Sandy Gregory Yoga became part of my life in 1977 when I was a foreign exchange student in Mexico. My host mama, Flor de Maria Quintana Cancino, was an inspiration. She managed a busy life for her family between their Oaxaca compound, Puerto Escondito beach house and Mexico City apartment with beauty and finesse. She created spaces filled with sunshine, fresh flowers, laughter around the table, and a sense of health and happiness. Wherever she was, she taught a morning yoga class in her home. Local women would come in their black leotards to start with a vinyasa flow, pause for an ice-cold “yogi shower” and change into a white leotard for the meditation. Curious, I joined in and began what would become a lifelong practice.
My journey over the past 13 years with Che Bella Tours has been fundamental in establishing my understanding of the world. Just like travel, my yoga reminds me not to just be present on my mat but also to myself and the people around me. So, it only seems like a natural progression that the cultural experiences of a Che Bella Tour combine with yoga and wellness to great an exciting new adventure. |
Stephanie Lucero-WhiteAfter a high risk pregnancy, which included strict bedrest for five months, I gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Amongst the stress and uncertainty of bedrest, I gained 50 pounds on my 5’1 frame. Afterwards, I became fascinated with the correlation of the human body and how stress can wreak havoc on all aspects of our health. I began my path of studying meditation, yoga, and worked with natural therapies such as acupuncture, naturopathy, and healing the body with the mind to help bring my body to a healthy state after giving birth. This evolution continues as I am constantly learning about the mind-body-spirit connection.
Mind. Body. Strength. My mission is to create a like-minded community that radiates a vibe that will inspire others to do the same. Wellness is a constant journey, and we are all evolving in new and exciting ways. I invite you to take this special journey to Greece with us this summer. |
